Brief description: Got triggered due to warnings over the mic to the point where they became mic spam (no actions taken, just vocally time and again)
Your side: Not sure where the ban came from. The forum indicates that trusted members can ban IF an operator or higher gives permission. At the time no one op or above was online in game or other. I was warmed and muted as per rules, next was ban, then another ban, and another after that (one per day). A kick would have been more than effective. During the time I was online and still ingame Avacado did break the following as well Rule 2 was broken a few days before the ban (very lightly), however the one about disrespect is beyond more than applicable. Days before the ban, Avacado indicated what I was and was not allowed to say. I understand magic is for staff, but if there is no staff or no staff doing the job and a PLAYER needs help because they are stuck telling them they can use the unstuck command is perfectly fine (ie not a staff job).
Not really big in the grand scheme of things but enough telling people what they can/can't say, and multiple bans without due process is completely disrespectful. Multiple bans on a first offence is abusive of the commands and power one has. Bans one per day indicates the person had feelings affecting the decision (heavy mic use to none, usually indicates that too)

I had seen how you had been acting and I told Avocado to ban you. I had gotten word from another staff member that you act like this when you are on drugs. I don't know if this is true but it needs to stop. I've seen this behavior many times before and I always know how it is going to turn out. So just accept the ban and move on.

Your ban was APPROVED in Admin. chat by a Moderator. Also screenshots were taken of your behavior, which I might add justified a week ban, also discussed by TWO Moderators, Kansas and myself.
Avocado is an Operator, not a Trusted which anyone could have seen when he keyed his mic to you, and, was performing his duties as trained. You frequent interruptions and belligerent attitude towards Staff in the performance of their duties is what prompted your ban. If you wish to call foul names to a Staff member in the carrying out of their duties and cause problems on the server then you will have to pay the price like any other disorderly player. You are always welcome to come back and play when you are prepared to follow the MOTD.
You obviously aren't even capable of telling the truth, when you allege that no admin's were on duty the date of your offense, because Kansas was on at that time and I was being told about your behavior from Avocado. Two screenshots were taken and are available and been viewed by Staff. Your actions dictated the use of discretion in applicable time and length of your ban, which I might add has almost expired.
If and when you decide to return to the server, any future outbursts will again be handled accordingly should you decide to "Go off," against players and staff.

The incident in question is when the server was busy. Myself (Operator) and Kansas, (Moderator) were both online/in game, when you proceeded to tell me that I wasn't doing my job right. I had been doing my duty as staff to stop a guy from doing wrong on the server when, and I quote, you said, "Avocado,can you say game, or chill the fuck out." I replied with 'why". After that you spammed the letters to the word game in chat.Then you rudely typed, "Then shut up, it's a game not a fucking prison". I in return told you to please be respectful towards staff using Rickle in the sentence to clearly direct the message towards you. You replied "Why, if staff is an obnoxious ass then player will be too. NO?" Then another player, -Wv- King, typed "tickle on a rampage". This shows even other players noticed your behavior. I then issued a warn to you for Staff disrespect Rule 17. You then private messaged me saying that I broke 2 rules, Rules 2 and 8. I then private messaged you back saying "i broke no rules here, you did". I typed again to you in private "You called me and other staff asses, you also told me to shut up. I am trying to be polite here and work with you". After that I was advised by the Moderator on duty (Kansas) to ban you. Upon review the decision was made for a one week ban, and approved, for Toxic Trolling and Disrespect of Staff.
Obviously you appear to be incapable of telling the truth as noted by Kansas and Gamer7115. There has been trouble with you in the past, duly noted. And it appears that your complaint is not based upon any fact, but upon a personal attack against myself or anyone else who tries to help you understand and follow the rules. Perhaps it would be beneficial for you to seek help for anger management, or to avoid playing while under the influence, as has been indicated above.
You are more than welcome to return and play on the server as long as you follow the rules. Please don't bring hate with you to the game because the end result will be the same.
